It's been a long time since we've had the time to take a look at all the things we'd left behind, but we're going to try to pay more attention to it all. There's a lot of cleaning up left to do, but we hope to get the site up and updated soon.

Thanks to all of you who've stuck around.

Or so I understand it. You know how those hostile takeovers are. One day, you're a small, innocuous, struggling website with only a meager viewership... and then! Then you're catapulted by American capitalism into a larger, robuster enterprise!

There's no escaping it.

Long story short, we've become a subsidiary of Space Elf Productions LLC. There's positives and negatives to this. Positive: We have a recognizable, independent company name, which means we can copyright our features legally and indubitably. Negative: I'm no longer wholly in charge. Poet (Connor Passiglia) is the manager of Space Elf Productions, and as a subsidiary, JoNe now has an actually leadership structure. Jack (Jonathan Francis) has become our president, and he's made Poet his vice-president. Of course I'm left out of this whole scenario.

No matter. They can't control me. I am forever. Their lifespans are limited. Let them gloat in their little self-important hovels of so-called legality. The human heart is frail, and so it is that I'll prevail.

Dammit. I made a rhyme. Screw you, Jack!

Contrary to what I'd said before, Joneverse will be returning on Monday, January 29. The ice storm that ravaged the good city of Tulsa is responsible, not I. Blame it. ^^;;

Anyway, the good news is that we're coming back! Stay tuned for an all-new Joneverse next Monday, right here, as always.

Well, it turns out that due to problems with firewall authentication etc., there won't be any music broadcasting from Nexus Radio until January 15. We'll try to get it all working as soon as we can, but I'm stuck in New Orleans, and the evil dorm police made Jack have to turn me off until he got back from winter break.

We expect another shut down from about May to June, and then it should be on full-time for at least two years. We're not sure how Joneverse will fare over the break either. We'll see how things go, but right now things look uncomfortable at best.

The Nexus radio cast is down because the server had to be shut off. The server is in a dorm room in New Orleans, Jack is in Tulsa with me. Currently, we are trying to get back up and running— I think I just realized the problem.

We hope to get back to our regularly* scheduled programming soon. Like, in about three hours or so.

*It will not technically be the regularly scheduled programming. All of that music is in New Orleans. Instead, you will have to endure my music collection.

Since nobody's mentioned this, yeah, Nexus Radio seems to be down.

I don't know why it's down, and I can assure you I'll get in touch with JoVo about fixing any problems and getting it back up and running ASAP.

Please bear with us until you have your music again.
